COMPLIANCE DIRECTOR

Jennifer comes to Life Asset Group from one of the premier viatical and life settlement law firms in the nation, Brinkley, McNerney, Morgan, Solomon & Tatum. With more than eight years experience exclusively in this Industry, Jennifer has worked on both sides of the transaction. During her years as senior paralegal and legislative analyst for the viatical/life settlement industry, she was instrumental in and contributed to the drafting of the National Association of Insurance Commissioners ("NAIC") Viatical Settlements Model Regulation, the National Association of Securities Administrators Association ("NASAA"), "Guidelines to Viatical Settlement Investments" and various other states' viatical and life settlement legislation, including Florida's. She was liaison between a Broker Company and the Florida State Examiners during an audit of that company and also offered her support to a major Provider during a state examination of its business. Jennifer also helps support our

alliance partnerships with compliance support in the areas of marketing & licensure, making her a uniquely qualified individual capable of handling the many compliance and regulatory issues this Industry faces on a daily basis.

Life Asset Group, LLC, as a licensed entity, can broker a life insurance policy owned by a resident of the following states: AR, CT, FL, HI, LA, MD, ME, NV, NJ, OH, OK, PA, TX*, VA.

Depending on the medical condition of the insured, Life Asset Group, LLC and/or Gary E. Brecka, as an individual, may or may not be able to broker a life insurance policy owned by a resident of the following states: CA, DE, IL, MA, MI, MN, NM, NY, OR, VT, WA, WI.

Life Asset Group, LLC and/or Gary E. Brecka, as an individual, may broker a life insurance policy owned by a resident of the following states that are not regulated and do not require licensure: AL, AZ, DC, ID, MO, NH, RI, SC, SD, WY.
